Terms & Conditions

1. Ordering:

Prices listed on advpackaging.com are based on volume purchased.
Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Orders are billed at the prices in effect on date of shipment.
No minimum total dollar amount required per order.
Minimum order requirements may apply to some items (as indicated).
Due to display differences, colour swatches indicated throughout advpackaging.com may vary from actual product.

2. Shipping:

Prices do NOT include shipping costs.
Goods shipped to our customers may be subject to shipping charges. This includes back orders on out-of-stock products.
Residential deliveries are subject to an additional shipping charge.
All goods are priced FOB our dock – Hamilton, ON L8L 3Z4.
For 3rd party shipper billing, please include a written confirmation of the freight company, account number and contact telephone number.
You are responsible for goods from the FOB point.

3. U.S. Customers

All orders being shipped to a U.S. address will be subject to brokerage fees and/or duties.
These fees are the recipient’s responsibility and must be paid in full to the delivery company upon receipt of goods.
Advantage Packaging Limited will endeavor to provide the best possible cost on freight.

4. Payment:

Valid Visa/Master Card, cheques or cash.
Returned Cheques – A $19.00 service charge will apply to your account if your payment cheque is returned from your bank.

5. Returns:

We strive to maintain a high quality standard for all our products. However, if you receive a defective product, please notify us.
All damage claims must be made within two (2) business days of receipt of goods.
Goods damaged in shipping will require the customer to make a claim with the shipping company directly as goods are shipped FOB our dock.
No returns accepted without prior authorization.
Due to Canadian Food Inspection Agency regulations, all of our food-grade packaging is non-returnable, non-refundable.
Special Order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items that are valid for return are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee as well as applicable shipping charges.
Returns or exchanges of valid products must be made within 30 days of invoice date, with receipt. All returns will be refunded to the same method of payment on receipt.

6. Inaccuracy Disclaimer:

From time to time there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.
Advantage Packaging Limited is not obligated or required to honour any pricing that may appear in error. Advantage Packaging Limited reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
